Report  Web desk : HYDERABAD: Liaquat University of Medical Health Sciences Vice Chancellor Noshad A. Shaikh on Monday addressed media personnel and said alleged terror suspect Noreen was a humble girl and she usually preferred solitude. Noshad further stated that Noreen was an intelligent student who usually secured excellent grades in exams. He mentioned that alleged terror suspect Noreen had befriended two Muslims and two Hindu girls in university. It is possible that Noreen may has met someone on social media but for that university cannot be held responsible, said the vice chancellor. 02
