Pak-China JCC includes 2 new Balochistan projects under CPEC

Report  Web desk : At least 12 new development projects of Balochistan had been included in the wide China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), official reports from Beijing confirmed. According to official sources the sixth meeting of the CPEC Coordination Committee held in Beijing took this formal decision including 12 new schemes in the CPEC. Nawab Sanaullah Zehri led the team from Balochistan while the Chief Ministers of KPK and Sindh led their respective teams in the meeting. The Federal Minister for Planning and Development, Mr. Ahsan Iqbal represented the Federal Government in the meeting. Over all the Coordination Committee had approved 30 projects and out of them 12 are from Balochistan, official sources said. The understanding was reached at the sixth meeting of the Joint Cooperation Committee (JCC) on CPEC between a Chinese delegation led by Wang Xiaotao, the vice chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission of China, and a Sindh government delegation led by Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, held in Beijing
