QAT led token hunger strike is being continued on 2nd day.

Report  Web desk : Quami Awami Tehreek (QAT) Shikarpur held a token hunger strike for their demands at Lakhi Dar Clock Tower entered second day in Shikarpur, Saturday. QAT leaders including Zafar Channa, Zahid Bhanbhro, Din Muhammad Shaikh, Kahir Muhammad Napar, Qadeer Soomro, Shahnawaz Abro, and others said that QAT has kept four important issues including the roads of the city may be built by recognized company, completion of Mega project (drainage system), to improve the condition of the sanitation system, to remove illegal occupation of influential persons and 52 Scarp tube-wells may be started, immediately. The notable of the city, political and civil society persons including Imran Mangi, Asghar Pahore, Mian Zafar Alvi, Dr Bashir Brohi, Zahid Hussain Pahore, JI leader Moulana Sadaruddin Mahar, JUI leader Moulana Mushtaque Mahar, SUP leader Asghar Mughal, Shoukat Baloch, NPP leader Zahid Pahore, Safdar Ameer Pahore, Abdul Ghaffor Dayo and others demanded of the high up to take notice of ligament issues of the Shikarpur. The QAT leaders and other political, civil society and human right activists demanded of the high up to take notice of the matter and sought report into the matter otherwise we would constrain to launch protest movement across Sindh for larger interests of the people of Shikarpur.
