Report Web desk : Twin blasts near Afghan Parliament in the capital Kabul killed more than 27 people and injured several others. Officials said that a suicide bomber blew himself up in the Darul Aman area of the city and was followed immediately by a car bomber in an apparently coordinated operation. The blasts also wounded more than 40 people. The Taliban said the attack targeted a minibus carrying staff from Afghanistan main intelligence agency. As many as 70 people were killed or wounded, the armed group said.
