Associate professor killed during robbery bid

LAHORE: February,14,2018: Unidentified armed robbers killed Associate Professor of Government College University, Dr Tanzeem Akbar Cheema for resisting during robbery bid.

According to details, armed robbers intercepted Cheema, the associate professor of Botany Department, at Kalma Chowk when he was on his way to home late night. On resistance, they opened fire on him and fled away.

Cheema later succumbed to his injuries during operation.His body has been shifted to the General Hospital for postmortem.(03)
