LONDON: 07, JANUARY, 2022: The Covid-19 cases worldwide passed 300 million (300,852,497) according to John Hopkins and AFP tally while the deadly virus claimed 5,490,044 lives worldwide so far and 257,555,863 patients have been recuperated.

The number of people infected with corona in the US, the world's hardest-hit country has risen to 59,564,116 and the total number of deaths has reached 855,843.
India, the second hardest-hit country reported 35,226,386 cases with 483,178 deaths.
Brazil is the third worst-hit country by the coronavirus, with 22,395,322 patients and 619,730 deaths.
In UK, the virus infections reached 14,015,065 and death toll rose to 149,515.
The coronavirus has infected 11,183,238 people in France and left 125,013 dead.
In Russia, 10,601,300 people have been infected by Corona while the total death toll rose to 313,817.
Turkey reported 9,787,274 cases so far while death toll jumped to 83,231.
Germany registered 7,399,003 patients with 114,207 deaths.
The total figure of fatalities due to coronavirus reached 138,474 in Italy while 6,975,465 infections recorded.
Number of cases in Spain has climbed to 6,922,466 with 89,837 deaths.
The number of people infected with the coronavirus in Iran has jumped to 6,203,046 and 131,802 have been died.
Argentina recorded 6,025,303 COVID-19 cases with 117,386 fatalities so far.
The number of cases in Colombia surged 5,242,672 and death toll crossed 130,191.
