Global corona infections tally pass 258 million, deaths hit 5,174,847

LONDON: 23, NOVEMBER, 2021: The Covid-19 infections worldwide passed 258 million (258,441,075) according to John Hopkins and AFP tally while the deadly virus claimed 5,174,847 lives worldwide so far and 233,913,010 patients have been recuperated.
Here the actual figure of coronavirus cases and deaths of top 15 affected countries:
The number of people infected with corona in the US, the world's hardest-hit country has risen to 48,748,557 and the total number of deaths has reached 794,864.
India, the second hardest-hit country reported 34,526,480 cases with 466,147 deaths.
Brazil is the third worst-hit country by the coronavirus, with 22,019,870 patients and 612,842 deaths.
In UK, the virus infections reached 9,889,926 and death toll rose to 143,972.
In Russia, 8,366,839 people have been infected by Corona while the total death toll rose to 265,336.
Turkey reported 8,596,410 cases so far while death toll jumped to 75,235.
The coronavirus has infected 7,420,237 people in France and left 118,555 dead.
The number of people infected with the coronavirus in Iran has jumped to 6,082,865 and 129,053 have been died.
Germany registered 5,418,681 patients with 99,817 deaths.
Argentina recorded 5,315,989 COVID-19 cases with 116,382 fatalities so far.
Number of cases in Spain has climbed to 5,096,538 with 87,832 deaths.
The number of cases in Colombia surged 5,050,255 and death toll crossed 128,138.
The total figure of fatalities due to coronavirus reached 133,247 in Italy while 4,932,019 infections recorded.
The death toll from Coronavirus in Indonesia has risen nearly 143,744 with 4,253,598 people affected. (04)
