Met Office forecasts widespread rains from today

Report  Web Desk : ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast a new spell of monsoon rains from today (Monday) to Thursday in different parts of the country. According to Met Office, seasonal low lies over northeast Balochistan while moderate monsoon currents are penetrating in central and upper parts of the country. Rain-thunderstorm with gusty winds is expected at number of places in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Faisalabad and Kashmir, while at scattered places in south Punjab including D.G Khan, Multan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, FATA and Gilgit-Baltistan.
