Met dept predicts hot and dry weather in most parts of country

Report  Web Desk : ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast hot and dry weather for most parts of the country during the next 24 hours. The PMD in its weather forecast said that mainly hot and dry weather is expected to prevail in most parts of the country. However, it added, rain-thunderstorm with gusty winds is expected at a few places in Malakand, Hazara, Rawalpindi divisions, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning: Islamabad and Lahore 22 centigrade, Karachi 26, Peshawar 21, Quetta 9, Gilgit 12, Muzaffarabad 17, Murree 14 degree centigrade.(01)
