PM Imran to launch track and trace system on Nov 23

ISLAMABAD: 17, NOVEMBER, 2021: Prime Minister Imran Khan will launch the track and trace system on November 23 for electronic monitoring of tobacco, fertilizer, sugar and cement production in the country.
According to sources, under the track and trace system, the process of electronic monitoring will be continued until the commodities are delivered to the consumers. This system will increase revenue and counter tax theft, they added.
Kast month, the premier had shared ‘good news’, stated that the FBR successfully launched its Track and Trace System, aiming digitizing the economy.
All these steps are aimed towards effective and transparent governance, he maintained. (04)
