Rallies of PTI and ANP to merge FATA in KPK reach Peshawar

Report  Web Desk : PESHAWAR: The Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf (PTI) and Awami National Party (ANP) rally demanding immediate merger of Federally Administrative Tribal Areas (FATA) into Khyber Pukhtunkhwa (KP) has reached in Islamabad Press Club and staged sit in. The rally took out from Peshawar led by speaker KP assembly Asad Qaisar, Shaukat Yousaf Zai, Ghulam Balour and Mian Iftikhar has reached in Islamabad. The participants staged sit-in before the press club and demanded the merger of FATA in KP as per the election manifesto announced all most all the political parties, particularly ruling party PML N. The participants will stage sit in till before parliament, D chowk. Earlier today, the protesters, including political activists from the tribal areas, left from the Peshawar toll plaza. Addressing during brief stopover ANP Leader Mian Iftikhar Hussain said that the rally demands federal government to immediately abolish the FCR law, adding that if their demands are not accepted, the sit in can be prolonged. KP Assembly Speaker Asad Qaisar, former federal minister Ghulam Ahmed Bilour, former provincial minister Aqil Shah, Haroon Bilour and MNA Alhaj Shahji Gul are participants in the rally. 02
