Sukkur: MWM leader announces to start jails movement over missing activists

Report  Bisma Waseem : SUKKUR: General Secretary, Majlis Wahdat-Ul-Muslimeen Sindh chapter Allama Maqsood Ali Domki has said that 156 leaders, Ulema and workers of Majlis Wahdat-Ul-Muslimeen and Millat-i-Jaffaria are missed and unseen since last two years. He said that if arrested persons were not freed immediately then movement to fill the jails would be started. According to detail, he observed this while addressing a press conference along with Deputy General Secretary Advocate Ahsan Ali Shar at press club Sukkur on Saturday. Allama Maqsood Ali Domki said that the movement of filling jails has been started from last Friday after giving his arrest by Syed Hassan Zafar Naqvi from Karachi while Allama Syed Ahmed Iqbal would give his arrest in Karachi tomorrow (on Sunday). He said that protests would be held in across Sindh on 8th October against arrest and missing of Shia Ulemas, leaders and the workers. He said that Ridd-Ul-Fasad as well as Fasad was continued in the country. He said that if punishment to those involved in terrorism / bomb attack on Dargah Cheezal Shah in 2005 then such incident may not repeat again there but the terrorists were prevented from punishment due to which they were again doing terror activities on the Dargah. Allama Maqsood Ali Domki said that what had been claimed about killings of terrorists then there should be required complete peace in the country but reasons of not maintaining peace was beyond to understand. In replying certain questions, he said that the allegations of having relations with terrorists upon elected members of the Assembly had being leveled but it was not being inquired with sincerity and maturity that which members had remained in contact with the terrorists. He said that those accused, terrorists and their facilitators involved in terror incidents in Jacobabad, Shikarpur, Sehwan, Fateh Pur Cheezal Shah Dargah had not been arrested despite lapse of several years not they were awarded punishments as result of which terrorism was continued in the country. He demanded of the government that 156 missing persons may be got recovered immediately, otherwise he warned of starting jails filling movement from Majlis Wahdat-Ul-Muslimeen. (01)
