Report  Bisma Waseem : SUKKUR: Welfare workers and counselors told that girls have proved that they also have the character and ability to lead the world and girls are as predisposed to leadership as boys. According to details, they expressed these views in the sessions of Three- Day Training Workshop for Girls Leadership Program which was organized by NARI foundation Sukkur in collaboration with Sindh Community Foundation and UNO Women Fund in Government Girls Higher Secondary School (GGHSS) Sukkur. Female students of different Schools of Sukkur and Rohri participated in the training workshop. The aim of the workshop was to guide, motivate and teaching different aspects of philanthropy including leadership, team-building and others to young female students so that they would be able to enhance their hidden talents and capabilities. While addressing to the participants of workshop, different Social workers of NARI Foundation and Sindh Education Foundation (SEF) including, Anwar Ali Mahar, Robina Chandio, Shakila Kanwal and others said that women have fully utilized their skills whenever they have got a chance and presented the best results every time which has proven that women are not less than men in any way. Member of the SEF, Rehana Ali said that if girls were trusted and guided properly then they could be the best leaders. On the closing ceremony of Workshop, Deputy District Officer of Education Shafqat Hussain along with Principal of GGHSS Sukkur Zaib-un-Nisa Mahar and Social workers of NARI Foundation Sukkur distributed certificates among the participants of workshop.(01)
