152nd death anniversary of Mirza Ghalib being observed today

ISLAMABAD: 15, FEBRUARY, 2021: The 152nd death anniversary of classical Urdu poet Mirza Asadullah Khan Ghalib is being observed today (Monday).
In the collection of Mirza Asadullah Khan Ghalib's poetry a few thousand poems contained instead of a lot of Diwan and his letters have a special status in Urdu literature. Thus Mirza Ghalib's letters are considered masterpieces of poetry.
His full name was Mirza Asadullah Baig and Ghalib was his pseudonym but he also used his name Asad as a pseudonym in some lyrics, for example: Gham-e-Hasti Ka Asad Kis Se Ho Juz-o-Marg Ilaj.
He was born on December 27, 1797 in Kala Mahal, Agra, his father's name was Abdullah Baig and mother's name was Izat-un-Nisa Begum. At the age of 13, He was married to Amrau Begum, but none of Ghalib's children survived birth.
These tragedies had a profound impact on the nature of him and these color was prominent in poetry as well.
Mirza Ghalib's poetry contains human affairs, psychology, philosophy, cosmic style and other subjects. Ghalib's poetry and prose left a deep imprint on Urdu literature, and he wrote many poems in Persian and Sanskrit as well as in serious and salees language.
In this regard, Diwan-e-Ghalib is full of many poems. He suffered from severe poverty.
On the one hand, they could not get their share of the property from the British Government, and on the other hand they were living for a lifetime poverty because of lack of Austerity.
In the last days of his age, he reached the palace of Bahadur Shah Zafar, the last king of the Mughal Empire. He was also given the titles of Najmudulla and Dabeer-ul-Mulk, the creation, and the compensation were also given. After that, in the context of the War of Independence, street-to-street fighting broke out and Delhi was banished.
Numerous people were executed by the British, which affected Mirza Ghalib's psychology. Even the Mughal Empire itself was left idle and then the whole of India was occupied by the British.
Mirza Ghalib saw with his own eyes all the incidents of insurgency and extortion and grieve deeply.
Mirza Ghalib was considered one of the most popular and influential poets of the Urdu language in South Asia.
He passed away at the age of 71 in New Delhi in 1869 on February 15. (04)
