Gujarat:2 June 2022 , 24-year-old Kshama Bindu from Gujarat is all set to marry herself. Yes, you read that right. This will be India's first sologamy that will take place on June 11. Apparently, the wedding will feature everything — from the 'pheras' and wedding vows to a Goa honeymoon, except for a groom or 'baraat'.
According to a report, Kshama said, “I never wanted to get married. But I did want to become a bride. So I decided to marry myself.”
She further added, "Some might perceive self-marriage as irrelevant. But what I am actually trying to portray is that women matter."
