Malala's husband is Asser Malik, the general manager of the Pakistan Cricket Board's High Performance Centre. As per his LinkedIn profile, Malik joined the organisation in May 2020.Asser Malik is also the owner of the Last Man Stands franchise in Pakistan. He was the Managing Director at MLK Management, a player management agency, from April 2019 to May 2020. Asser Malik received a BSc in Economics and Political Science degree from the Lahore University of Management Sciences in 2012.
