ISLAMABAD: June, 29, 2018: Islamabad High Court (IHC) Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui has said that Chief Justice of the Apex Court has no right to insult judges in open court.
He said this while referring to Larkana incident, in which, Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP), Saqib Nisar reprimanded Additional Sessions judge and threw his mobile phone during the court proceeding.

Justice Siddiqui said that he wants appeal to the CJP, adding that the top judge has right to dismiss their legal judgments but "if he doesn’t respect them, then they reserve the right to come to their institution’s rescue.” (03)
