Corona infections tally passes 254 million worldwide, deaths exceed 5,115,288

LONDON: 15, NOVEMBER, 2021: The Covid-19 infections worldwide crossed 254 million (254,038,467) according to John Hopkins and AFP tally while the deadly virus claimed 5,115,288 lives worldwide so far and 229,694,780 patients have been recuperated.

The number of people infected with corona in the US, the world's hardest-hit country has risen to 47,916,190 and the total number of deaths has reached 783,565.
India, the second hardest-hit country reported 34,447,536 cases with 463,655 deaths.
Brazil is the third worst-hit country by the coronavirus, with 21,957,967 patients and 611,318 deaths.
In UK, the virus infections reached 9,561,099 and death toll rose to 142,898.
In Russia, 9,070,674 people have been infected by Corona while the total death toll rose to 255,386.
Turkey reported 8,408,166 cases so far while death toll jumped to 73,531.
The coronavirus has infected 7,287,645 people in France and left 118,154 dead.
The number of people infected with the coronavirus in Iran has jumped to 6,037,718 and 128,167 have been died.
Argentina recorded 5,305,742 COVID-19 cases with 116,232 fatalities so far.
Number of cases in Spain has climbed to 5,047,156 with 87,673 deaths.
Germany registered 5,038,436 patients with 98,194 deaths.
The number of cases in Colombia surged 5,031,945 and death toll crossed 127,809.
The total figure of fatalities due to coronavirus reached 132,775 in Italy while 4,860,061 infections recorded.
