LONDON: 17, MARCH, 2022: The Covid-19 cases worldwide passed 464 million (464,540,170) according to John Hopkins and AFP tally while the deadly virus claimed 6,082,116 lives worldwide so far and 396,865,196 patients have been recuperated.

The number of people infected with corona in the US, the world's hardest-hit country has risen to 81,289,602 and the total number of deaths has reached 994,739.
India, the second hardest-hit country reported 43,001,477 cases with 516,162 deaths.
Brazil is the third worst-hit country by the coronavirus, with 29,478,039 patients and 656,003 deaths.
The coronavirus has infected 23,758,447 people in France and left 140,613 dead.
In UK, the virus infections reached 19,911,155 and death toll rose to 163,248.
Germany registered 8,717,145 patients with 117,354 deaths.
In Russia, 17,843,545 people have been infected by Corona while the total death toll rose to 363,039.
Turkey reported 14,623,028 cases so far while death toll jumped to 96,853.
The total figure of fatalities due to coronavirus reached 157,314 in Italy while 13,563,466 infections recorded.
Number of cases in Spain has climbed to 11,260,040 with 101,416 deaths.
Argentina recorded 8,985,836 COVID-19 cases with 127,334 fatalities so far.
The death toll from Coronavirus in South korea has risen nearly 11,481 with 8,250,592 people affected.
The number of cases in Netherlands surged 7,327,235 and death toll crossed 21,736.
