Coronavirus takes 4,589,180 lives worldwide so far

WASHINGTON: 07, SEPTEMBER, 2021: The number of coronavirus cases worldwide has passed 222 million (222,000,588) according to John Hopkins and AFP tally while the deadly virus claimed 4,589,180 lives worldwide so far and 198,608,255 patients have been recuperated.

Here the actual figure of coronavirus cases and deaths of top 10 affected countries:

The number of people infected with corona in the US, the world's hardest-hit country has risen to 40,865,794 and the total number of deaths has reached 666,559. 

India, the second hardest-hit country reported 33,058,843 cases with 441,075 deaths.

Brazil is the third worst-hit country by the coronavirus, with 20,899,933 patients and 583,866 deaths.

In Russia, 7,030,455 people have been infected by Corona while the total death toll rose to 187,990.

In UK, the virus infections reached 7,018,927 and death toll rose to 133,274.

The coronavirus has infected 6,839,494 people in France and left 115,007 dead.

Turkey reported 6,519,016 cases so far while death toll jumped to 58,377.

Argentina recorded 5,207,695 COVID-19 cases with 112,673 fatalities so far.

The number of people infected with the coronavirus in Iran has jumped to 5,156,986 and 111,257 have been died.

The number of cases in Colombia surged 4,919,773 and death toll crossed 125,331.

Number of cases in Spain has climbed to 4,887,394 with 84,928 deaths.

The total figure of fatalities due to coronavirus reached 129,567 in Italy while 4,574,787 infections recorded.

Indonesia reported 4,133,433 cases so far with 136,473 fatalities.

On the other hand, Germany registered 4,020,573 patients with 92,902 deaths.

The death toll from Coronavirus in Mexico has risen 263,470 with 3,433,511 people affected. (04)
