Covid-19: Deaths reach 4,889,883 worldwide

WASHINGTON: 14, OCTOBER, 2021: The number of coronavirus cases worldwide has passed 239 million (239,962,530) according to John Hopkins and AFP tally while the deadly virus claimed 4,889,883 lives worldwide so far and 217,303,911 patients have been recuperated.
Here the actual figure of coronavirus cases and deaths of top 15 affected countries:
The number of people infected with corona in the US, the world's hardest-hit country has risen to 45,547,920 and the total number of deaths has reached 739,778.
India, the second hardest-hit country reported 34,020,730 cases with 451,469 deaths.
Brazil is the third worst-hit country by the coronavirus, with 21,597,949 patients and 601,643 deaths.
In UK, the virus infections reached 8,272,883 and death toll rose to 138,080.
In Russia, 7,861,681 people have been infected by Corona while the total death toll rose to 219,329.
Turkey reported 7,540,223 cases so far while death toll jumped to 66,841.
The coronavirus has infected 7,069,089 people in France and left 117,173 dead.
The number of people infected with the coronavirus in Iran has jumped to 5,742,083 and 123,275 have been died.
Argentina recorded 5,268,653 COVID-19 cases with 115,582 fatalities so far.
Number of cases in Spain has climbed to 4,980,206 with 86,869 deaths.
The number of cases in Colombia surged 4,975,656 and death toll crossed 126,726.
The total figure of fatalities due to coronavirus reached 131,421 in Italy while 4,707,087 infections recorded.
Germany registered 4,354,487 patients with 95,265 deaths.
The death toll from Coronavirus in Indonesia has risen nearly 142,811, with 4,231,046 people affected.
On the other hand, Mexico reported 3,738,749 cases so far with 283,193 fatalities. (04)
