Covid-19 fatalities hit 4,249,244 worldwide

WASHINGTON: 03, AUGUST, 2021: The countries all over the world are facing continuous rise in Covid-19 related infections and fatalities. The number of coronavirus cases worldwide has crossed 199 million (199,607,121) according to John Hopkins and AFP tally while the deadly virus claimed 4,249,244 lives worldwide so far and 180,093,123 patients have been recuperated.

Here the actual figure of coronavirus cases and deaths of top 10 affected countries:

The number of people infected with corona in the US, the world's hardest-hit country has risen to 35,895,980 and the total number of deaths has reached 629,862. 

India, the second hardest-hit country reported 31,725,399 cases with 425,228 deaths.

Brazil is the third worst-hit country by the coronavirus, with 19,953,501 patients and 557,359 deaths.

In Russia, 6,312,185 people have been infected by Corona while the total death toll rose to 160,137.

The coronavirus has infected 6,151,803 people in France and left 111,936 dead.

In UK, the virus infections reached 5,902,354 and death toll rose to 129,743.

Turkey reported 5,770,833 cases so far while death toll jumped to 51,519.

Argentina recorded 4,947,030 COVID-19 cases with 106,045 fatalities so far.

The number of cases in Colombia surged 4,801,050 and death toll crossed 121,216.

Number of cases in Spain has climbed to 4,502,983 with 81,643 deaths.

The total figure of fatalities due to coronavirus reached 128,088 in Italy while 4,358,533 infections recorded.

The number of people infected with the coronavirus in Iran has jumped to 3,940,708 and 91,407 have been died.

Germany registered 3,779,778 patients with 92,183 deaths.

On the other hand, Indonesia reported 3,462,800 cases so far with 97,291 fatalities.

The death toll from Coronavirus in Polland has risen 75,261 with 2,883,120 people affected. (04)
