Deaths from coronavirus exceed 4,806,096 worldwide so far

LONDON: 02, OCTOBER, 2021: The number of coronavirus infections worldwide has crossed 235 million (235,089,378) according to John Hopkins and AFP tally while the deadly virus claimed 4,806,096 lives worldwide so far and 211,837,900 patients have been recuperated.

Here the actual figure of coronavirus cases and deaths of top 15 affected countries:

The number of people infected with corona in the US, the world's hardest-hit country has risen to 44,443,405 and the total number of deaths has reached 718,984. 

India, the second hardest-hit country reported 33,791,061 cases with 448,605 deaths.

Brazil is the third worst-hit country by the coronavirus, with 21,445,651 patients and 597,292 deaths.

In UK, the virus infections reached 7,841,625 and death toll rose to 136,789.

In Russia, 7,535,548 people have been infected by Corona while the total death toll rose to 208,142.

Turkey reported 7,182,943 cases so far while death toll jumped to 64,264.

The coronavirus has infected 7,018,367 people in France and left 116,759 dead.

The number of people infected with the coronavirus in Iran has jumped to 5,601,565 and 120,663 have been died.

Argentina recorded 5,258,466 COVID-19 cases with 115,225 fatalities so far.

Number of cases in Spain has climbed to 4,961,128 with 86,463 deaths.

The number of cases in Colombia surged 4,959,144 and death toll crossed 126,336.

The total figure of fatalities due to coronavirus reached 130,973 in Italy while 4,675,758 infections recorded.

Germany registered 4,249,003 patients with 94,253 deaths.

The death toll from Coronavirus in Indonesia has risen nearly 142,026, with 4,216,728 people affected.

On the other hand, Mexico reported 3,671,611 cases so far with 277,976 fatalities. (04)
