Dengue continues to rise, 494 new infections surface in parts of Punjab

LAHORE: 02, NOVEMBER, 2021: Dengue cases continue to rise in parts of country as 494 another infections surfaced in Punjab during the past 24 hours.
According to details, most of the reported cases reported from Lahore.
The health experts have advised the people to take precautionary measures to control the dengue outbreak.
It is to be noted that, an alarming rise in dengue fever infections has set alarm bells ringing in parts of country.
Delay in fumigation by the administration resulted in an upsurge in dengue patients this season, the sources said.
Dengue is a mosquito-borne viral disease that has rapidly spread in all regions in recent years.
