HYDERABAD: 23, JANUARY, 2021: Freight train derailed near Makki Shah, area of Hyderabad on Saturday but no harm to human life was reported in the incident. 

According to details, two bogies of the freight train derailed, which has suspended movement of trains. 

As per concerned sources, many passenger trains have been stopped at various stations due to derailment of freight train.

Railway police sources further said that the two bogies derailed during shifting of the freight train from the yard.

Sources said that the down track has been affected but the restoration work is underway.

Meanwhile, Karachi-bound passenger trains were stopped at various stations. (04)
