Gas explosion leaves four children dead, 12 wounded in Lahore

LAHORE: 06, APRIL, 2021: At least four children were dead while 12 others were wounded after a building caved in owing to gas leakage blast in Pangali Village located in Barki Road.
According to details, the incident occurred in Pangali Village located in Barki Road, Lahore where a residential building was completely destroyed after an explosion happened due to gas leakage, killing four children and injuring 12 others.
After being informed, rescue teams reached the spot and retrieved dead bodies of four minor from the debris and pulled out 12 others in injured condition.
The injured were immediately transferred to Services and Mayo hospitals for medical treatment.
Police teams have also rushed the scene and commenced investigation into the incident. (04)
