Global corona claims 5,014,976 lives, infects over 247 million people

LONDON: 01, NOVEMBER, 2021: The Covid-19 infections worldwide crossed 247 million (247,463,395) according to John Hopkins and AFP tally while the deadly virus claimed 5,014,976 lives worldwide so far and 224,128,175 patients have been recuperated.
Here the actual figure of coronavirus cases and deaths of top 15 affected countries:
The number of people infected with corona in the US, the world's hardest-hit country has risen to 46,823,938 and the total number of deaths has reached 766,299.
India, the second hardest-hit country reported 34,285,612 cases with 458,470 deaths.
Brazil is the third worst-hit country by the coronavirus, with 21,810,855 patients and 607,860 deaths.
In UK, the virus infections reached 9,057,626 and death toll rose to 140,632.
In Russia, 8,513,790 people have been infected by Corona while the total death toll rose to 238,538.
Turkey reported 8,032,988 cases so far while death toll jumped to 70,611.
The coronavirus has infected 7,166,877 people in France and left 117,683 dead.
The number of people infected with the coronavirus in Iran has jumped to 5,924,638 and 126,303 have been died.
Argentina recorded 5,288,807 COVID-19 cases with 115,950 fatalities so far.
Number of cases in Spain has climbed to 5,011,148 with 87,368 deaths.
The number of cases in Colombia surged 5002,387 and death toll crossed 127,281.
The total figure of fatalities due to coronavirus reached 132,100 in Italy while 4,771,964 infections recorded.
Germany registered 4,607,958 patients with 96,259 deaths.
The death toll from Coronavirus in Indonesia has risen nearly 143,405 with 4,244,358 people affected.
On the other hand, Mexico reported 3,807,211 cases so far with 288,365 fatalities. (04)
