Global coronavirus death toll reaches 4,631,141

WASHINGTON: 11, SEPTEMBER, 2021: The number of COVID-19 cases worldwide has crossed 224 million (224,668,798) according to John Hopkins and AFP tally while the deadly virus claimed 4,631,141 lives worldwide so far and 201,214,956 patients have been recuperated.

Here the actual figure of coronavirus cases and deaths of top 10 affected countries:

The number of people infected with corona in the US, the world's hardest-hit country has risen to 41,741,693 and the total number of deaths has reached 677,017. 

India, the second hardest-hit country reported 33,208,330 cases with 442,350 deaths.

Brazil is the third worst-hit country by the coronavirus, with 20,974,850 patients and 585,923 deaths.

In UK, the virus infections reached 7,168,806 and death toll rose to 133,988.

In Russia, 7,102,625 people have been infected by Corona while the total death toll rose to 191,165.

The coronavirus has infected 6,887,791 people in France and left 115,442 dead.

Turkey reported 6,613,976 cases so far while death toll jumped to 59,384.

The number of people infected with the coronavirus in Iran has jumped to 5,258,913 and 113,380 have been died.

Argentina recorded 5,221,809 COVID-19 cases with 113,282 fatalities so far.

The number of cases in Colombia surged 4,926,772 and death toll crossed 125,529.

Number of cases in Spain has climbed to 4,907,461 with 85,290 deaths.

The total figure of fatalities due to coronavirus reached 129,828 in Italy while 4,596,558 infections recorded.

Indonesia reported 4,158,731 cases so far with 138,431 fatalities.

On the other hand, Germany registered 4,071,607 patients with 93,095 deaths.

The death toll from Coronavirus in Mexico has risen 266,849 with 3,494,232 people affected. (04)
