Jibran Nasir returns home almost 24 hours after being ‘picked up’, Thanked wife and nation for support.

Karachi: 3 June 2023: According to his relatives and the police, activist and attorney Jibran Nasir went back to his home on Friday, nearly 24 hours after being "picked up by unidentified men" last night.
Syed Asad Raza, South Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), verified that the activist had returned home without incident. He stated that Nasir will be met by the police team so they could take his statement.

Nasir claimed he had returned home safely as a result of the efforts of reporters, solicitors, bar councils, civic society and politicians a few hours following the news of his return.He also praised his wife's "courage and willpower" for remaining "calm and collected" during the ordeal and focusing her attention on his rehabilitation. It's a blessing to have a partner who makes you stronger, he remarked.

I am in awe of the courage and will power of my wife manshapasha who suffered the ordeal of my abduction in front of her eyes and yet kept herself calm and collected and solely focused on struggling for my safe return. Having a partner who strengthens you is a blessing.
