New York: 8 July 2024: Kylie Jenner's relationship with Timothée Chalamet has endured because she refuses to engage in public spectacle and resists her mom Kris Jenner's desire for the actor to flaunt their relationship.

The beauty mogul, 26, and the Dune star, 28, were seen on a date night last Friday, their first public outing since their affectionate appearance at this year's Golden Globes in January.

Maintaining their preference for privacy, the low-key couple attempted to go unnoticed in caps and face masks at the TCL Chinese Theatre.

Reportedly, Kylie is adamant about keeping their romance from becoming a public spectacle and isn't pressuring Timothée to participate in the Kardashian family reality show, The Kardashians.

"The reason Kylie and Timothée's relationship is thriving is because Kylie isn't insisting he join the Kardashian TV show," an insider exclusively told media. "They prefer a private relationship where they can be as normal a couple as their fame allows."

Momager Kris Jenner, 68, reportedly wants Timothée to be more open about his relationship with Kylie, but Kylie is pushing back.

"Kris would like Timothée to flaunt his relationship with Kylie everywhere, but Kylie is fighting against this because she doesn't want to amplify the spectacle," the insider explained.

"She wants to nurture the relationship, make it last, and avoid turning it into a public spectacle. They enjoy doing ordinary, enjoyable things together and are homebodies."

The insider also revealed that Timothée is equally committed to nurturing their relationship, despite earlier claims that he wasn't prioritizing the billionaire.

"Timothée wants to focus all his attention on her away from work," they said. "He envisions a long-term future with Kylie."

The couple's recent outing follows a double date in New York City in May, although they managed to avoid being photographed together at that time.
