Larkana: Minor girl dies as roof of house caves in

LARKANA: 29, SEPTEMBER, 2021: An eight-year-old girl was dead when roof of a house collapsed in Larkana on Tuesday night. 

According to details, roof of a dilapidated house located in Ghogari village near Larkana fell due to torrential rain, burying a minor girl under the debris. 

On receiving information about the incident, rescue teams reached the spot and retrieved the dead body from the rubble. 

Later, the minor girl body was handed over to kin after completing the medico-legal formalities. 

Earlier, on September 16, at least four children, including three siblings, were critically injured when roof of a house fell in Nankana Sahib on Wednesday night.

According to details, roof of a dilapidated house located in village Dala Nangal near Nankana Sahib caved in, burying four children under the debris. 

Rescue teams reached the spot after being informed and retrieved the children from the rubble in injured condition.

Three of the children were given medical treatment at the spot while the fourth was shifted Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Shahkot. (04)
