Nankana Sahib: Four minors injured as roof caves in

NANKANA SAHIB: 16, SEPTEMBER, 2021: At least four children, including three siblings, were critically injured when roof of a house fell in Nankana Sahib on Wednesday night.

According to details, roof of a dilapidated house located in village Dala Nangal near Nankana Sahib caved in, burying four children under the debris. 

Rescue teams reached the spot after being informed and retrieved the children from the rubble in injured condition.

Three of the children were given medical treatment at the spot while the fourth was shifted Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Shahkot.

Earlier, on August 26, one person was dead while two others were seriously injured when roof of a house collapsed in Islamabad on Wednesday night. 

According to details, roof of an under-construction house located in Nilore area of Islamabad caved in, burying three persons under the debris.

After getting information about the incident, rescue teams reached the spot and retrieved one dead body from the rubble and pulled out two others in injured condition.

The dead and injured were moved to hospital. (04)
