Nation observing Youm e Istehsal to mark two years of Indian illegal actions in IoK

ISLAMABAD: 05, AUGUST, 2021: Nation is observing Youm-e-Istehsal (Day of Exploitation in occupied Kashmir) today (Thursday) to mark one year of Indian government's move to revoke Article 370 of the Indian constitution, removing the special status of Jammu and Kashmir and express solidarity with the oppressed Kashmiris. 

The Day, is being observed throughout Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Pakistan and rest of the world to condemn the illegal, immoral, unconstitutional step and inhuman action of the 5th August, 2019.

One minute silence' at 9am observed across the country. The traffic across the country halted for one minute while sirens will also be played.

Anti-India protest rallies, walks and special events will be organised in the country to express solidarity with Kashmiri brethren and expose real face of India before the world.

On this day, the whole nation will give a message to their Kashmiri brothers and sisters that they are not alone rather the people of Pakistan will always support their struggle for freedom.

Posters and billboards highlighting the plight of Kashmiri people have been displayed at the main roads of Islamabad and other provincial capitals. (04)
