Remembering Nayyar Sultana on her 29th death anniversary

LAHORE: 27, OCTOBER, 2021: Remembering renowned film star Nayyar Sultana on her 29th death anniversary today (Wednesday).
She was born in Ali Garh (India) in 1935. After partition, she shifted to Karachi and then Lahore.
Her original name was Tayyaba Bano.
Her hit films included "Chen Sajana, Sahaili, Baji, Intikhab, Mazloom, Aik Musafir Aik Hesina and Teen Chakey".
She gave almost 48 years of her life to the film industry and worked in dozen of films.
She received a number of awards and was given the title "Malka-i-Jazbaat" for her acting.
Sultana died of cancer on 27th October, 1992. (04)
