Remembering renowned actor Kamal on his 12th death anniversary

KARACHI: 01, OCTOBER, 2021: The 12th death anniversary of famous film, TV actor and director Syed Kamal is being observed today (Friday).
Kamal grew to prominence in the 60s and ruled over Pakistan's film industry till 70s. He also acted in Television Dramas.
Kamal played in many memorable movies, including Tauba, Thandi Sarak, Sawera, Apna Paraya, Road to Swat, Insan Aur Gadha, Behen Bhai, Jut Kuriyan Tau Darda, Aisa Bhi Hota Hai and Ashiana.
He also directed a number of films, including Shehnai, Yahan Say Wahan Tak, Doosri Maan, Meray Bacchay Meri Aankhein, Dard-i-Dil and Aaliya.
Syed Kamal passed away on October 01, 2009 in Karachi after prolonged illness at the age of 79. (04)
