Seven grade student kidnapped, Father worried for daughter whereabouts, 23 days have been past

24 January 2021: Help Find Afshan, (on the right) an innocent girl studying in the 7th grade was kidnapped by a group of despicable individuals on the 31st of December 2020. The number of the vehicle was noted down by her brave little brother and was provided to the police.
Mr. Mudassir Hussain, (on the left) Afshan's father, was directed from one police station to another without proper directions.
The FIR was lodged 3 days after the initial incident. Mr.Mudassir had to approach the Honorable High Court, and directions were given to the authorities, including the DIG and DG Rangers to take take urgent action.
The Investigating Officer, the next day, in his report specified they were close to finding Afshan's whereabout however it's been 23 days days and she still hasn't been recovered. Despite directions to senior officers by Court the IO informed Court on 21 January that search is still going on and matter was adjourned for another two weeks.
