Sheikh Rasheed submits an IHC petition to stop being sent to Karachi.

ISLAMABAD: 4 Feb 2023: Sheikh Rashid Ahmed, the leader of the Awami Muslim League (AML) and a former interior minister, submitted an appeal to Karachi from Islamabad on Saturday, according to News. According to information, Sheikh Rasheed's attorney Sardar Abdul Razzaq Khan submitted the plea in the case of accusations made against former president Asif Zardari. The head of the AML, Sheikh Rasheed, claimed that he was referring to the remarks made by PTI chairman Imran Khan, who claimed that the PPP co-chairman had plotted his assassination. His statement had no immediate impact on the complaint, but he encouraged the court to refrain from hearing any other cases based on political utterances. Additionally, Sheikh Rasheed halts the legal actions brought against him in Aabpara, Murree, and Karachi.
