Show-cause notice issued to Nusrat Ali Chandio and VC of University over illegal, unlawful activities

HYDERABAD: 14, SEPTEMBER, 2021: Provincial Assistant Registrar Joint Stock Companies Hyderabad Region has accused Sindh Agricultural University Tando Jam Officers Association leader Nusrat Ali Chandio and the Vice-Chancellor of the University of illegal and unlawful activities issuing a show-cause notice seeking a response.

Muhammad Ashraf Rastmane, General Secretary of Officers Association, Sindh Agricultural University, Tando Jan, while complaining to the Provincial Assistant The Registrar of Joint Stock Companies, Hyderabad Region, took a stand that Nusrat Ali Chandio and His associates have been illegally forming unions, carried out fake elections and held the oath-taking ceremony of the officers of The Officer?s Association, which is a conspiracy against the association.

On the complaint of Muhamad Ashraf Rustamani, Provincial Assistant Registrar Joint Stock Companies Hyderabad Region issued a show-cause notice to the Vice-Chancellor of the university and Nusrat Ali Chandio saying no activities should be carried out within the university till the inquiry into the matter is completed and the reply should be given regarding illegal activities.
