Islamabad: 25 September 2023: The Pakistani team's visas were finally granted by the Indian government on Monday, allowing them to go for the neighboring nation for the World Cup after numerous delays, Pakistan Cricket Board spokesperson Umar Farooq Kalson revealed .
Finally got a call to pick up the passports from the Indian High Commission in Islamabad, he added. The team will depart from Lahore for Dubai on September 27 before flying to Hyderabad, India, for two exhibition games against New Zealand and Australia on September 29 and October 3, respectively.
After the PCB complained to the International Cricket Council (ICC) about "extraordinary delays" in the issue of Indian visas, today's development took place a short while later.
