Hyderabad: 13 April 2022: Sometimes you caught her looking at you as you were talking. At times you thought she could see right through you. See the words that you didn't say out loud and kept hidden inside. She always had a knack of feeling what others felt as they described their issues and problems. She took on their hurt and their stress or their happiness. She would leave most of those types of venting conversations, emotionally spent and drained. She saw the words that you didn't say, the feelings that you didn't describe. She's always been that way as long as she can remember. Hurt and pain does that to you. It makes you more empathetic, compassionate, and kinder. Because you don't want to see somebody else feel that same hurt that you did. You remember the battles you faced every day behind closed doors without anybody knowing, and still face daily. So all you can think about is, what are others battling who you meet? So yes, she reads you. She sees through your thoughts and feelings, and you only have to say a few lines...and she fills in the rest. That's a blessing and a curse as they say. To feel so deeply. To be so empathetic. Understand and feel what others don't say. Feel what they feel. It comes from pain. Pain changes people. The more trauma and hurt you endure, the more softer you become with those around you. More intune with other's emotions. That's why she is the way she is.
