Two dead in Lahore godown explosion

LAHORE: 07, DECEMBER, 2021: At least two people were dead in an explosion in scrap warehouse in Badami Bagh area, in Lahore on Tuesday.
As per details, the explosion occurred when the workers were cutting the gas tank.
After getting information, the rescue teams reached at the location and moved the victims to the nearby hospital.
In the wee hours of Tuesday, fire erupted in a yarn factory in Karachi. As per details, the fire broke out in yarn factory located in the industrial of New Karachi area of the city which spread very quickly and engulfed the other parts of the factory as a large quantity of yarn and ready-made socks were stored in the factory.
On receiving information, five fire brigade vehicles and rescue teams reached the spot and brought the fire under control after a hectic effort.
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained, fire brigade officials said.
No loss of life or injuries was reported in the incident. However, valuables worth millions of rupees were reduced to ashes by the fire. (04)
