KHAIRPUR: 26, NOVEMBER, 2020: At least two people, including a minor lost their lives while 20 others were injured when a speeding bus turned turtle in Khairpur, Sindh province on Wednesday night.

According to details, the mishap took place in Khairpur, Sindh province where the passenger bus overturned due to its tie rod was broken, as a result, two persons including a child died on the spot and 20 others were wounded.

The ill-fated bus was going to Karachi from Khairpur.

After being informed, police and locals have tranferred the dead and injured to nearby hospital.

Earlier, on November 12, two women lost their lives and two minors were injured after a car turned turtle near in Sohrab Goth area of Karachi on Wednesday night.

According to details, the accident took place near Jiwani Heights in Sohrab Goth, area of the city where a speeding car overturned killing two woman on the spot and seriously injuring two children.

After getting information about the incident. rescue teams reached the spot and transferred the dead and injured to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

As per rescue sources, the deceased were identified as Shumaila and Shaista while the injured were identified as Zarshan and Daryan. (04)
