Weather turns chilly after rain lashes parts of country

ISLAMABAD: 19, JANUARY, 2022: Light rain hit Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Mohenjodaro and Larkana and turned the weather chilly.
On the other side, showers also lashed Balochistan.
As per the Pakistan Meteorological Department, cloudy weather is likely in most parts of the country while very cold in hilly areas during the next 12 hours.
Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning: Eight degree centigrade in capital, Lahore seven , Karachi 14, Peshawar 11, Quetta nine, Gilgit and Murree two and Muzaffarabad six degree centigrade. (04)
