Global Covid-19 cases cross 248 million, deaths exceed 5,028,144

LONDON: 03, NOVEMBER, 2021: The Covid-19 infections worldwide crossed 248 million (248,262,455) according to John Hopkins and AFP tally while the deadly virus claimed 5,028,144 lives worldwide so far and 224,950,700 patients have been recuperated.
Here the actual figure of coronavirus cases and deaths of top 15 affected countries:
The number of people infected with corona in the US, the world's hardest-hit country has risen to 46,999,026 and the total number of deaths has reached 768,797.
India, the second hardest-hit country reported 34,306,177 cases with 459,203 deaths.
Brazil is the third worst-hit country by the coronavirus, with 21,821,124 patients and 608,118 deaths.
In UK, the virus infections reached 9,130,857 and death toll rose to 140,964.
In Russia, 8,593,200 people have been infected by Corona while the total death toll rose to 240,871.
Turkey reported 8,091,462 cases so far while death toll jumped to 71,052.
The coronavirus has infected 7,170,782 people in France and left 117,763 dead.
The number of people infected with the coronavirus in Iran has jumped to 5,944,599 and 126,616 have been died.
Argentina recorded 5,291,285 COVID-19 cases with 116,010 fatalities so far.
Number of cases in Spain has climbed to 5,016,968 with 87,423 deaths.
The number of cases in Colombia surged 5,005,402 and death toll crossed 127,348.
The total figure of fatalities due to coronavirus reached 132,161 in Italy while 4,777,614 infections recorded.
Germany registered 4,635,558 patients with 96,439 deaths.
The death toll from Coronavirus in Indonesia has risen nearly 143,457 with 4,245,373 people affected.
On the other hand, Mexico reported 3,811,793 cases so far with 288,733 fatalities. (04)
