Hyderabad: 28 Jan 2023: It’s hard to feel safe when I’m
inside my mind
A dusty road I travel but there’s
only clouds of tears to find
So many broken bones
just lying all around
It took me years to realize
these are all mine that rose from the ground
There are tears many times
because I am afraid
Oh how the voices have two sides to share
For they know how the game is played
I’ve decided just to sit in the corner
To see what flies through the night
There are pieces of me everywhere
Tearing at my soul to feed insanities delight
I am now limping out of my corner
To claw my way out of here
I’m all turned around in thinking and thought
Is it my mind that I really need to fear?
