ISLAMABAD: 10, NOVEMBER, 2021: Malala Yousafzai, 24, Pakistani Nobel laureate and rights activist tied the knot with Asser, works at the Pakistan Cricket Board’s High Performance Department in an intimate ceremony at her home in Birmingham on Tuesday. "Today marks a precious day in my life. Asser and I tied the knot to be partners for life. We celebrated a small nikkah ceremony at home in Birmingham with our families. Please send us your prayers. We are excited to walk together for the journey ahead," she posted on Twitter, along with several photos of ceremony.
The photos were taken by Malin Fezehai, an awarding- winning photographer and filmmaker.

Malala graduated from the University of Oxford in 2020, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE). Aged 17, she became the youngest person to win the Nobel Peace Prize and has become a leading human rights campaigner.
Malala was 15 when she was targeted by the Taliban for speaking up for the right of girls to be educated. (04)
