PM Concludes Azerbaijan Visit, Heads to Tajikistan for Key Talks

BAKU: 29.05.2025: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has ended his two-day visit to Azerbaijan and is now enroute to Tajikistan.
During his visit, he is expected to hold a bilateral meeting with Tajikistan’s President to discuss trade, energy, and investment, with several agreements anticipated.
Earlier, at a trilateral summit in Azerbaijan, President Ilham Aliyev pledged a $2 billion investment in Pakistan. PM Shehbaz also strongly condemned India’s threats to cut off Pakistan’s water supply, calling it unacceptable and emphasizing water as Pakistan’s lifeline.
